Questions

Everything you need to know about renting a luxury ski chalet in Chamonix.

About the Chalets
What is included in a luxury Chamonix ski chalet?
All chalets in our collection include a private chef (full breakfast and four-course dinner daily), dedicated chalet host, daily housekeeping, Geneva Airport transfers, hot tub, and a pre-arrival ski concierge service to arrange lift passes, ski school, and equipment hire. Premium chalets also include sauna, cinema room, and pool.
Do the chalets include ski passes?
Lift passes are not included in the rental price but are arranged through our concierge service. We procure your Chamonix Le Pass or Mont Blanc Unlimited passes before arrival so they're ready for your first ski day. This saves queuing at ticket offices on day one.
Are pets allowed in your chalets?
Pet policies vary by property. Several chalets welcome well-behaved dogs; others do not permit pets. Please specify when enquiring and we'll identify suitable properties.
Is ski-in/ski-out available?
Yes — true ski-in/ski-out is available in our Argentière properties, adjacent to Les Grands Montets ski area. These are our most sought-after winter properties and book out earliest. Specify ski-in/ski-out as a requirement when enquiring.
Booking & Pricing
How much does a luxury ski chalet in Chamonix cost?
Prices range from approximately €500/night for a 3-bedroom chalet to €8,000+/night for a grand 8–10 bedroom estate in peak season. A typical 6-bedroom chalet for 12 guests in a good January powder week costs approximately €2,500–€4,500/night all-inclusive.
How far in advance should I book?
Christmas/New Year: 12–18 months. February half-term: 12 months. January powder weeks: 6–9 months. March/April: 3–6 months. Summer: 2–4 months. Ski-in/ski-out properties in Argentière book earliest of all.
Can I rent for less than a week?
In peak ski season, most properties require a minimum 7-night stay. In shoulder periods (early January, March, April) and in summer, shorter stays of 3–5 nights are sometimes available. Contact us with your dates.
Getting There
What airport should I fly into?
Geneva Airport (GVA) is the closest international airport at approximately 90km from Chamonix. We arrange private vehicle transfers from Geneva directly to your chalet — approximately 1 hour 15 minutes in normal conditions. Lyon Saint-Exupéry (LYS) is an alternative at approximately 220km.
Do you arrange transfers from Geneva Airport?
Yes — private vehicle transfers from Geneva Airport are included in all chalet bookings. Vehicles are flight-tracked, meet you in arrivals, and transport you and your luggage (including ski equipment) directly to your chalet door.
